Inspections are just one part of our services to you, our client! 

Because we are quality-driven, we provide a number of personalized services that include:

  Before the Inspection

• Coordination of inspection schedules with buyer, buyer's agent, seller, seller's agent and any other persons the client chooses;

• Arranging specialized inspections such as termite inspections, pool inspections, or mold inspections, if requested;

• Working with the Real Estate Agent to verify that utilities are in service, proper lighting is available, and that the property is accessible;

 During the Inspection

• Conducting a thorough evaluation of a property’s condition;

• Providing a verbal report to clients immediately after completion of the inspection;

• Issuing a customized, comprehensive, computer generated written report of inspection results, with digital pictures, within 24-36 hours;

• Answering any questions arising from the inspection report and providing expert consultation on suggested repairs;

   

  After the Inspection

• Conferring with licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians or others on any items identified in the inspection reports;

 

• Performing a re-inspection of the property after repairs are made, if requested; 

 

• Conducting a follow-up inspection of items that were not present or accessible during the initial inspection;

   

  • Advising clients through-out the home ownership experience regarding home maintenance and repair, at no extra cost.
